Products are manufactured to OE standards of quality

Compress housing ,turbine housing ,bearing housing are produced on CNC machine with high quality.

All wheels are processed on the Schenck automatic balancing centre with air bearings to achieve lowest residual balance.

Cartridges are assemblied by automatic line, and are balanced with Turbo Technics VSR or schenck balance machine.

All VNT turbochargers are tested on the G3 VNT Flow Bench.

All of our products have 12 months warranty.

Material for key parts:

A, The turbine wheels casting is made from fresh high nickel(>73%) alloy Inconel 713,the equivalent being K418;

B, Compressor wheels casting is made from fresh C355, Billet Wheels is made from solid 7075;

C,Thrust Bearings and Journal Bearings with solid bar material with CW713R for improved strength

D,compress housing Material:ZL101,turbine housing Material:QT450-10,bearing housing Material:HT250, all meet the OE quality
